Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute impactful programs to help partners scale their business and fuel sales growth
• Equip the sales team with valuable competitive insights and cutting-edge tools to drive success
• Lead customer engagement initiatives and manage EMEA-wide reference programs to build strong customer loyalty

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the MedTech, tech, or B2B sectors
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and CRM systems, with a track record of managing partnership and customer loyalty programs
