We are currently looking for :

Administrative assistant ( M/F/D)

Your mission :

• Manage the dedicated mailboxes and incoming calls ;
• Ensure the adequate dispatch and follow-up of the queries ;
• Collect information, draft documents, reports and statistics ;
• Provide administrative assistance in the area of activity ;
• Draft content for the Intranet pages and other communication channels ;
• Draft contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence with tenderers and
• contractors ;
• Support contract management, including monitoring contract ceilings, expiry, and renewal dates ;
• Ensure proper management of procurement and contract files and archives according to established filing systems and plans ;
• Assist in revising various process documents, such as procurement templates, checklists, and forms ;
• Organize meetings and events, prepare information for stakeholders, and draft reports, briefings, and meeting minutes ;
• Assist in the communication and dissemination of information with consortia, participants, and stakeholders.

  You Professional and personal skills:

• You have post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary
  education ;
• Successful experience of at least three years in a similar role (internship included) ;
• Fluency in English (at least C1) ;
• You are familiar with MS office. Familiarity in one of those programs  ARES, AGM, SYSPER, MIPS+ is considered as an asset ;
• Results-oriented, respecting deadlines and commitments.
• Methodical, rigorous and discreet in the performance of your duties.

Salary :

• 26,66€ gross/hour

Length :

• An initial contract with a possibility of extension depending on the smooth running of the assignment (behaviour, teamwork, etc.)
