IT Support Helpdesk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support our colleagues on all systems and programs used; 30 colleagues in the helpdesk will support you in this task
• Set up, maintain and secure workstation systems such as PCs, NBs, printers, software systems, laboratory systems and mobile data processing on external appointments
• Support the administration and operation of the servers and networks at the Berlin site as well as the employees of the Potsdam Institute and the affiliated branch offices and blood depots (combined with regular travel within Berlin and Brandenburg)
• Contribute your expertise to projects and the introduction of new systems and design the modern workplaces of the blood transfusion service

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in the field of IT or comparable knowledge
• You have already gained experience in a support function in recent years and have appropriate communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments, network systems and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Citrix and working with virtual systems is an advantage
• A good command of written and spoken German is absolutely necessary to support the users
• Good written and spoken German language skills (at least B2) are required for this position
• A class B driver's license, a strong willingness to serve, the ability to work independently as well as communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
