ABOUT THE TEAM
Customer & Partner team as part of Corporate processes and Information Technology organization (CPIT) focuses on shifting towards the customer lifecycle from Demand-to-Consume. We manage the marketing and sales cycle, as well as post-sales, renewals and the transactional elements for Commercial & Order to Cash, to ensure customer and partner excellence across processes, products, and IT delivery.
Our team of NextGen Cloud Selling (NGCS) that is part of Customer & Partner organization, is a cross-functional program team to define an E2E lean & automated process for SAP’s Public Cloud Volume Business. We are heavily focused on:
- Driving a significant operating model shift towards a standardized process along SAP where all functions need to drive change.
- Building a Greenfield Runway to radically simplify lead-to-cash for Public Cloud and offloading volume from traditional runway.
- We also aim to support SAP’s lines of businesses in their accountability to drive cloud transformation within their domains.
- Pooling Cloud strategists, business transformation architects and program managers who think across board area boundaries.
- Help the business to design efficient and effective end-to-end business capabilities, derive “what does good look like” in the target state and ensures a seamless interface between the organizations involved, thus driving efficient & effective program execution.
- This program at the current outset is expected to run for the next 3 years with possible future roadmap extensions depending on the milestones achieved.

What you'll do
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student/Intern (f/m/d) to support the Change and Communications Lead within a dynamic program environment. In this role, you will assist with the execution of key change management and communications activities that are critical to the program's success. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in organizational change and corporate communications while contributing to meaningful business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Support:
- Assist in preparing materials for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and other change-related activities
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including tracking stakeholder feedback and alignment activities
- Help maintain and update change management trackers and documentation
- Contribute to the development of change impact analyses and adoption reports
- Communications Support:
- Draft and edit internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations
- Assist in managing and updating program SharePoint pages or other internal platforms
- Support the development of communication materials, including FAQs, training content, and event collateral
- Help coordinate logistics and materials for program updates, events, and webinars
- Event Coordination and Engagement:
- Provide logistical support for program events, including virtual and in-person workshops, town halls, or summits
- Assist with preparing event materials and tracking participant feedback
- Help design and facilitate interactive engagement sessions such as Q&As and panel discussions
- General Operational Support:
- Assist in tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines for the Change and Communications team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives.
- Conduct research or benchmarking to support change and communications activities.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology , or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Englis
