Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Law – Associate – Investment – Law Firm

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, loan agreements, and financial instruments.
• Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to financing structures and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate clients, offering tailored legal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying updated on evolving legal frameworks and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Law – Associate – Investment – Law Firm

• You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (or another European Bar) and holding a master’s degree in law.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking and finance law, gained in a law in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg financial regulations, with expertise in loan agreements, structured finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). French or German would be considered an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• A proactive and business-oriented mindset, able to manage client relationships effectively.
